Why We Serve
Camouflage Chaplaincy began with one simple promise: no one should have to face their pain alone.

Founded by Paul Doyle, a U.S. Marine veteran, husband, father, and ordained chaplain, Camouflage Chaplaincy was created to offer spiritual and emotional care that meets people in their hardest moments, with no pressure and no judgment.

Paul has spent decades walking with people through trauma, loss, and crisis. He’s seen firsthand how hard it is to find support that feels personal and trustworthy, especially for veterans and caregivers navigating the unseen wounds of service.

What We Believe
Healing is personal. So is our care.
Our chaplaincy services are rooted in faith and delivered with compassion. We offer support that honours each person’s story, no matter their background, beliefs, or past.

Whether you’re facing post-traumatic stress, relationship breakdown, addiction, or just the quiet heaviness that follows military life, you are not a problem to fix. You are a person to care for. And you are deeply valued here.

Meet Paul Doyle, Chaplain and Founder

Ordained Minister. Board Certified Chaplain. Steady presence in the storm.

Paul Doyle is a Board Certified Chaplain through the Association of Professional Chaplains and an Ordained Minister endorsed by the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC). He completed his clinical training as a Chaplain Resident at a Level 1 Trauma Center and brings over 17 years of hospital and rehabilitation chaplaincy experience to his work.
A United States Marine Corps veteran (Active Duty 1984–1988), Paul has ministered in both military and civilian settings, walking alongside those navigating grief, trauma, moral injury, and the long journey of healing. His experience spans military chaplaincy, healthcare, corporate settings, and community crisis response.

Paul brings more than credentials; he brings presence. In every session, he offers quiet strength, deep compassion, and a sacred respect for each story shared. Whether you wear the uniform or carry the weight of caring for someone who does, Paul is here to walk with you.
“I’ve worn the uniform. I’ve carried the weight. Now I serve by listening, walking alongside, and offering hope.”
